RETURN & REFUND

You may return new items purchased directly from www.festival-depot.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the product. The product must be returned in the original packaging, including any parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation and must be in resalable condition to receive the allowable refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

You will be required to pay the cost of return shipping to Top Home Space. Items must arrive at our warehouse within 45 days of the original delivery to you to qualify for a refund. You must provide proof of purchase for return consideration. Top Home Space are governed by California law.
